**One-time digitizing fee for the logo, or your design.  (For ex..: If ordering the same item in multiples, with a different name on each item, then each person’s name carries a digitizing fee.  If you order a tee shirt and a tote bag for the same person, assuming no changes to size of the embroidered design, there is only one digitizing fee.)

Any future change to the logo or your design would mean a new digitizing charge.  (This does not apply to changes in thread color, so long as the design remains the same.) Any change in size to the logo or any design greater than 10% of the original or smaller by 10% of the original logo/design would however require a new digitizing fee.  This applies to any design, because outside of a 10% change in size to the original leads to distortion of the stitches, meaning the design must be digitized all over again to the new size for a quality result.
