  • Where do you ship to?
    We currently ship to all 50 states within the United States. Shipments to Hawaii & Alaska and international shipments may take longer than usual.
  • When will my order ship?
    We do our best to ship orders out as quickly as possible. Order processing is dependent upon the time it takes for the source of your selected item(s) to be shipped to us, the # of items needing to be stitched, and the time to ship your completed stitched order to you. Please note rush orders are any orders needed in 7 days or less, and increased charges will apply for labor and expedited shipping. The best results are those that are not rushed…;) Please give us the necessary time to perfect your order. ​Your happy results are our goal.
  • How do I access my order information and tracking?
    To view your order status and information, please navigate to your Seebreeze Threads account dashboard.
  • How do I cancel an order?
    Due to customized work returns, cancellations, and/or refunds are not accepted.

  • How do I report damaged or missing items?
    At Seabreeze Threads, we take the quality of our products and your satisfaction with your order very seriously! ​ In the rare event you receive a damaged or missing item in your shipment, please fill out our Customer Support Ticket with the following information. order number name associated with your account short description of the issue attach any photos of the damaged product, if applicable Our customer support team will get back to you as soon as possible!
